I've been driving E-Series vans for 25+ years and I finally decided I didn't need that much load capacity any more. A friend had a '96 Ranger that I drove a little bit and that got me hunting for one of my own.
For 3 months I had been looking at nice but overpriced, raggedy and overpriced, rusted to death and overpriced, and mega-mile and overpriced trucks.
I finally found one that I felt was priced right, although the miles are a bit higher than I wanted. It's also a 4 door and I was wanting a 2 door Supercab.
After a couple of weeks of driving it, including a 400 mile trip to my brothers, I've got to say I got the right truck!
My 2008 FX4 has nearly every available option, and even with 154K miles, it's solid as a rock!
