Hows it going guys, I bought my 1991 Ford ranger rwd almost two years ago and didn't touch it cause I didn't know how to drive a manual up until abou 7 months ago. But now I'm looking to fix and build her up if possible

Welcome. Pics?

Its always possible. Sometimes not worth it tho.
But welcome aboard.
And yes, we like pics.

Here's a few pics for now ya'll. She's a 2.3 with the 5 speed manual, rear wheel drive, no a/c or power steering, ill take some pictures under the hood after work. When I first started driving her she had a mis fire due to a rubbed plug wire,, I replaced the spark plugs, wires, and coil packs. She also was getting no oil pressure and sounded like there was a gremlin under the hood smacking around with a hammer. That was due to the last owner not changing the oil filter on its last oil change, but nothing a little seafood, fresh oil and new filter couldn't fix

Looks like the body has held up pretty well... most of those truck in my neck of the woods have been swept into small piles some time ago.

Welcome to TRS...

There's quite a bit of of rust underneath that I need to take care of if and when I can.

98023 is in Washington state which doesn't use road salt if I'm correct. That truck looks pristine for the year by NH standards because it's still here. It would be like gold here and sell the day it was posted. Our local Toyota dealer has a field behind their shop full of rusted Tacoma frames- some as new as 2009- that they replaced. I suspect my idea of "quite a bit of rust" and yours are as different as my idea of a hot summer day would be from someone in Texas.
Welcome to the circus.

You know ill have to agree with you there, road salt out here is used rarely. I guess the better way to say it is there's more rust than I'd prefer.

As long as it’s only surface rust you’re good to go. Brand new trucks on dealer lots have surface rust. I like your truck.

Welcome. That's actually a nice looking truck.

Here's under the hood, I thinking about adding A/C and power steering if I can but I need to look into it.
