Locker for 7.5"

I have a bone stock 2008 Ranger XLT SuperCab 3.0 Auto with 3.73 open diff.

I badly need a locker in the rear and am looking for suggestions. (Honestly i wished it were 4.10 or 4.56 geared vs the 3.73 too)

Ang suggestions?

Well thanks!! BigMark gave me a real nice locker, you guys are awesome! Now i just gotta research how to install or find a shop..
