I'm putting a Lock-right locker in the rear of my 87 ranger with the 7.5" diff. My gear ratio is 3.73. My problem is that when I went to install the c-clips, I realized the cross pin cant go in because my ring gear is to thick to alow the pin to pass over the teeth. I have tried both the in rig instalation and the on the bench instalation, if I assemble it all on the bench then, since the cross pin is installed, the spacers in the locker cannot move over to alow me to install the c-clips, Any suggestions on what the hell to do? Thanks

Did a little grinding, and it works like a charm! Didn't have to take much off. Thanks for saving me some time and some pissed off iritation.

I had to do the same thing with mine, now go have fun with it :3gears:
