Load assist rear shocks

Have a 1999 ford ranger xlt supercab 4wd. Need rear shocks with coil springs. Can't find vendors that sells them that fit my truck. Any ideas.

Buy a pair of air shocks!
 
looks like rockauto has Load adjusting Monroe's for $93 each and Gabriels for $74 each
