Lights in bed of truck

Has anyone ever put any kind of lights in the bed of their truck? i was thinking about getting some of those white neon tubes used for the under glow or some kind of light strips and tucking them under the bed rails so they would light up the bed at night. make it easier to rummage through everything. just want to know if you guys think it would work alright and look good.

My one friend has an underglow tube in the front of his box right behind the cab. I think it looks good, didn't throw tons of light out, but that could be how he mounted it and the brand and such like that

sounds like a cool idea. I don't think looks would be much of an issue if the main functionality is to light up the bed to look for whatever is back there. plus they would be tucked under the bed rails, so probably not visible if not looking for them.
