Lights and lights bulbs....just thinking

Guys, something I was just thinking about...I bought my 99 Ranger brand new July of '99. I have never had to replace a light bulb or a headlight that went out since I bought it. They are all almost the original stuff!!!! I put in different tag lights (changed to blue 'cause I like the looks). I replaced the third brake light to LED and sold my original third brake light for $25.00 in near mint shape. My head lights still look new!!! My taillights and turn signals still look new!!! That is something to say about FORD!!!! lol

Many years of great service from a great company!! Now...FORD keep the RANGER!!!!!!

I have put a few head lights in, just replaced my first tail light in at least 12 years back in March.

Never put a tag light or marker in it other than that. I did have to replace a dash bulb and the emissions light though.

You have a great luck as well. Very good quility of work!!! Lets hear from your Ranger owners. How many of you still have the original lights bulbs and running lights (unless they got broke of course or replaced for custom ones).

I replaced my headlights a month after I got mine. I am running 6k HID's though. Replaced my 3rd brake light bc mine was leaking and in the near future would like to do LED tails as well. Now let the flogging begin bc I am running HID's in a stock housing.

I had to replace the third brake light on my 2000 but that was it.

my 95 still had all original lights in it in january of 2009 when it burned except the one side of tail lights and the license plate lights. my 95 i have now looks to be all original but my license plate lights dont work. just bought some silverstar ultras for my 04 but havent put them in yet.

dad has a 2006 gmc sierra 2500 duramax and hes replaced brake lights already. while my 99 ranger still hasnt had a light burn out. not to mention this, my dads truck has been to the shop a good 6 times because of tranny problems motor problems and rear end stuff already had to replace an altenator yet the little ranger i got hasnt had a problem other that the shift motor tht cured my 4x4
