I am in the middle of installing a 3" p/a lift on my 2000 Ranger Supercab and I can't get the brushing's off, when I am turning the bolt from inside the cab the brushing's keep spinning on the other side and I can't get it to stop spinning. Any suggestions of what I should do?

Put a wrench on the other side maybe? Or some vicegrips?

Vicegrips won't fit because there is a metal bracket in the way and the bracket is welded to the frame

take a bar and a sledge and beat the stock bushings out and put new polyurethane ones in, thats one way to go....

If all else fails-get a bigger hammer!

As my father alays says:icon_thumby:

Find some needle nose ones....

You got new bolts right? cut it.

I just put one on mine just go out and buy a hand held propane torch and heat up the bushing cups and the bolt should come out
