Welcome to TRS, the cheapest would be the body lift that would not cost you money later (as in an alignment, or tires from wear of suspension lift, etc)

for a full 2 inches... yeah, body lift.
look in the tech library for other ways for budget boost lifts.. explorer coils, leafs... the washer mod.. things like that, but you will need an alignment after messing w/ the suspension.
