i was wonder i have a set of 3in lift leafs, im putting on soon and then a leveling kit. possibly a 2 or 3 inch body. would i need any mods to run that safely?

3" rear lift..
explain leveling kit to me... do you mean level the front out w/ the 3" lift out back? or do you mean what they call a leveling kit as in something that's usually about an inch lift?

if you gotta lift the front 3", you need a lot of stuff just for the front suspension.

as far as the body kit, if you buy the kit, i think you get all you need.

With 3" rear lift and just a leveling kit up front, the rear is gonna be considerably taller. Would look like junk IMO.
Also, the leveling kit you linked is a f250 kit..

With 3" rear lift you might need rear brake line extension. I didn't need it tho with my 4" lift on my b2.

With the body lift you will need a gas neck extension.. At least I had to extend mine.

I didn't touch mine, kept an eye on it as we jacked it up but it still fit fine.

back when i had a body lift... mine pulled off :shok: yep, had to address it.. lol.

but see, this goes to show you that, not all lift kits require the same additions on different trucks. :icon_thumby: so be aware, watch close, and be prepared for a few surprises.

make sure to undo the steering lock bolt when you put on the body lift then reinstall it. I didnt use the shifter ext or steering ext and had no issue with my gas tank.
