Hey, i need to lift my truck, my truck is a 93 B2600 4X4, its not the ranger

I found this on a website, this guy lifted a truck like mine, heres wat he said -- "my 88 b2600 it has been lifted in the rear with a set of shackles maybe 2" and cranked the torsions 2" in the front, cut the front fenders and crammed on some 35" mt/r's."

so how exactly do i crank the torsions? some pictures used for a diagram would be easy to understand.

Thanks,

Jeff

hey jeff, give the tech library a look see, torsion lift is covered in "lifting for cheap" skippy

Thanks that was a great help and very understanding, but like i said, my truckisnt the ranger, is it still all the same?

The idea is the same. Go under your truck and see what is there. If you dont know what your are looking at, take some pictures and post them up and we can help you out.

kk, thanks alot guys, check out some pics i jus posted, 'snow climbin'

The '93 to '94 difference could be quite a bit. It wasn't 'till '94 that Ford took over making the B-series for Mazda. Don't get discouraged, everyone here will do their best to give you a hand with anything.

You are correct. They are completely different trucks. It is like comparing a toyota tacoma to an F150.
