ok i dont have the money right now to lift my ranger with a lift kit:( So couldnt i just purchase some kind of blocks to lift it?? If yes where would i get the blocks?

Are you talking about suspension lift or body lift? What kind of truck is it? 4x2, 4x4?

Talking about a body lift and its an '03 ranger xlt 4x4

Last time I checked, body lifts were about $100. If you don't have the tools or know-how to build one, I doubt you could do it for less than that.

Just save up, buy the lift, and do it properly.

Performance Accessories body lift is highly regarded here, costs a little over $100 and a body shop could install it for a few hundred.
Downside, your front tow hooks will have to go.

there's no need to pay someone to install it for you. all you need is a floor jack and some basic hand tools and a few hours. really pretty simple if you follow the directions that come with it.
