i want 33s on my mazda. im currently running 31s on stock rims with no rubbing and no fender trimming. can i run 33s if i put a 3 inch body kit on my truck? any help would be appreciated

The chart we have here says a 4" lift requires fender trimming. So I'm going to guess 3" will require a lot of fender trimming. I'm going for 33's right now as well. Doing a 6" skyjacker kit. Keep in mind that you can only fit 33x10.50 on those stock wheels, for 33x12.50 you're going to want 15x8 or 15x10.

im with ap3x,i tried fitting some 33s on mine with a 3in body lift alone, and its a no go,and if you go with a 33-12.50,i would get a 10in wide rim,i had some mounted on an 8 wide before,it fits but the side walls bulge a little and it seemed a little wobbly to me,they do much better on 15x10s

thanks guys. i dont trust the chart all that well because according to the chart i should be able to run what i got on there stock. I have a set of 15x10s for a summer set up, but im just saying what i have right now. what if i bumped it. 3 inch body kit and front leveling kit with total of 3 inch in rear and 5 inch in front
?

If you have a true 5" in the front, my guess is that you could possibly fit 33's, but probably will rub when the suspension is really flexed off road. I guess worst case scenario is, if they rub, you can always add some washers to the front springs and do one of the many cheap rear leaf lift mods from the tech section to level it out.

cool thanks guys. im still thinking about the 5.5 inch superlift kit, but i am trying to think cheap. im a volunteer firefighter college student on my own, and theres no junk yard aroundhere

Guys have stuffed 33's with just a leveling kit you'll be fine. I plan on running 33s with a 3 inch lift.

thanks, i had a feeling 33s would fit fine with a 3 inch. I mean i have 31's with stock rims on stock height, and in have 15x10 rims with plenty of backspace

i had 33s on my ranger with just coil spacers i had to trim the bumper but there was nor rubbing on any thing else i had 15x8s with 3.75 back spacing
