I've heard of people using f150 coils on their ranger? I know it would have to be aligned and all that but what year f150 coils would you use for a 97 4x4 ranger? And what about shocks? What would you use. If anybody has done this let me know. Thanks!

Just use the search function. Several topics on this subject. You will find out what you need to know, Bro!!

It is a TTB, right? I can't remember off the top of my head if they started the double wishbone thing in 97 or 98. If it's a TTB, F150 coils would give a small lift and supposedly a slightly softer spring rate, which can be desirable depending on the weight and intended use of your truck. F-250 front shocks could be a great move, also depending on how you intend to use the truck. There are articles about both in the tech library.
