I have a question about putting 31x10.5R15 under my 88 ranger it has stock blocks and i don't know whats in the front. i'm currently running 30x9.5R15 with no rubbing at all

You might have stock springs if you have stock blocks still. You could fit the 31's stock, but you will (most likely) rub when turning or flexing. You can replace the front springs with the skyjacker leveling springs. (#132X)

i never trust someone to tell me tires wont fit.

i got told my 235/75R15 would rub from a tire shot. They didnt

got told my 31x10.5 would rub, still clear.

then i got told my 32's wouldnt clear the bumper and quarter, but guess what? im running 32's on stock 2WD xlt suspension, and have been for a month now.

Try it man, its not gonna hurt you.

THANK YOU!

32s clear just fine on a stock 2wd. I ran them, no lift and wheeled it and it was fine, drove daily too for months.

I ran a 4" lift with the 32" swamper radials( 84,4x4) and the first trail I ever did with the truck there was still some rubbing (pretty severe flexing though).

If your planning on anything like this, I would suggest, spending the coin and go at least 4" suspension. Just my opinion, but might save you some headache later.
