Lift Problem

ok got all the bolts loose and free got the nuts off the front bolts but now cant get the bolts out of the washer and bushing going threw the frame these are the ones by the core support need advice on what others did iam taking that its just seized in there thanks
 
anyone run into this problem on a body lift i cant get these front bolts out this sucks the truck is apart and 1100 in tires and rims in the garage need help
 
I think I had that problem, If it is what happend to me I grabbed the washer with a good vise grip and applied a little heat from a propane torch to it and worked it out. Hope that might help I know I had a bitch of a time on my '91 my '97 wasn't terrible
 
When i did my exploder i had to use the sawzall and cut through every single bushing and bolt.

I scrapped the original bolts and picked up larger ones at the hardware store that didn't require me to use those stupid sleeves they use on all of the mounts. Make sure you tighten everything down too. I just discovered that one of my mounts has gone missing because the nut worked itself loose. Everything was very tight too.
