i have a 1992 4.0L v6 ford ranger xtl i was wondering what i would do to the front end to give me a couple of inch lift

look up the tech library. lots of good info. this has been covered a lot.
depends on how much are you looking to spend. anything from f150 coils, to coil spacers, to full lift kits
or as cheap as washers.
