answered my own question

ok i answered my own question. i read the tech section and found what they said about the rough country kits:badidea: so i will be going with james duff!!:icon_cheers:: thanks all

there is no mods to the driveshaft or brake lines for the 4".....although the brake lines are just about maxed out, so I would extend them anyway......

spend the little xtra money and get one of the better lift kits.

for drop bracket type , skyjacker or james duff.

no front drive shaft worries, braklines, I would get just to be on the safe side.the stocks ones will fit with 4inch, but its pretty dang tight and you have to unclip the lines from the mounts on the coil buckets.not a great thing

ok i will be getting a better job soon so i will have the money for the james duff lift kit. that will raise my truck about five to five inhalf inches. do i have to worrie about my dives shafts?? thanks for you help!!

I got the rough kit and besides the springs being super stiff I like it. I would recommend however to just peice this together yourself. This was my first suspension lift so I had no idea what was involved but after putting this on it would have been a lot better I think to just buy everything individually.
