I have a 91 extended cab ranger with a 4.0, 5 speed manual xmsn, and a manual shift xfer case. I found a 93 ranger with a lift that is getting parted out. My question is, can I use the lift parts from the 93 on my 91?

Yes, 83-97 4x4 will all fit.

Cool, thats was I was hoping for. When I go to get these parts, what parts do I need to pull off? Im not sure that I will be able to look under there and know what is lift and what is stock.

Axle pivot brackets.
Radius arm drop brackets or extended radius arms w/brackets (possibly to include the transmission crossmember)
pitman arm
shocks
coil springs
rear leaf springs (unless it has non-stock lift blocks, then just the blocks & u-bolts)
brake hoses (or brake line lowering brackets)

Hopefully that's the jist of it... Maybe try to find out what brand lift it is, and then look it up on the MFGR's website and download the install instructions for it. That should tell you all of what's there.
