i got a 93 reg cab flare side shortbox. i was thinkin a rc 4" with 2 inch spacers up front and a leaf hangar lift too would this be possible.
 
Basically.. if you want to lift the front more than 2" you need either A: radius arm drops or B: Extended radius arms.... Without these you will have 0 degrees caster and you truck will drive like shit lol

The rear can be lifted with add a leafs and a drop shackle... But there are ways of getting alot more travel out of the rear if thats what your looking for. (Chevy 63" swap ext.)

I would look into a kit... But what do you plan on doing with the truck?

If you just want to put bigger tires on it and you drive it on the road all the time i would just do a body lift. (even though i hate them) I say this becuase it would be cheaper than a cheap suspention lift and you wont have to worry about changing all your front end geometry (caster / camber) that a cheap suspention lift will cause.

If you planning on making your off road performence better you need to do some more reading and plan on spending more than it looks like you want to based on the parts you talk about in your post such as coil spacers and drop shackles.

A decent kit at a minimum should include:

-axle drop brackets
-coil springs
-radius arm drop brackets or extended radius arms (perferably extended ones that will need to be incorperated into a trans mount)
-pitman arm drop
-allignment bushings (if you plan on doing the re-alligning after lift installation)
-Drop shackles, add a leafs or best would be new larger leafs...
-plus hardware
 
If u plan on beating the hell out of the truck, I would suggest getting better beam drop brackets as Rough Countries have a tendancy to blow a hole through the front diff.
 
His specs say 2WD, so no front diff.

Keep in mind a 2" thick spacer will net 3" of additional lift, which may be too much to realign the camber/caster properly (even with the largest offset bushings available). 1" or 1.5" spacers might be a more practical option on that.

For the rear, I'd suggest either new (lifted) leaf springs (best option), or a combination of extended shackles and blocks from a stock 4WD truck would work also.

It's roughly 500 and all the others are way over 1000.
That's why I wanted it. I'm lookin to put 33 or 35 on it. I am gonna body lift
About three inch I think. As well as a 6".

I will assure you the Rough Country kit come no where near the quality that those more exspensive kits cost. I woul dsuggest savign funds for a few more months and invest in a skyjacker kit atleast. The quality of the kits should be of your biggest concern. After all you are talking about mudding which is a hell of a place to end up settign when soemthing shears off, not to mention alot of wreckers refuse to come back in the woods to recover you.

Having owned Both a Sky Jacker Class 2 6" lift I ran from 1999 to 2011 and then swapped to a James Duff Stage 3 on my truck. Even between those 2 kits you can feel a difference in the parts. Both of which are way above the quality of the rough country.
