are you talking 2wd or 4wd? i pulled the hub bearings off the shelf for each truck and the hole spacing on the back of the hubs does not match and neither do the axle shaft splines. how much lift are you are looking to get out of the truck? heres the pictures of the hub bearings so you can compare them (the f150 is on the right)
