Leveling???

Other than looks why does everyone have to "level" their truck. I level mine by putting 700 pounds of mulch in it. Does a "leveled" truck have issues when loaded? Not trying to be a smart guy... just wondering.

Also please suggest some good shocks for my (so far) stock short-bed 4.0 2wd ranger. Thanks.

if you haul, use rancho rs5000 shocks. take load great. as for leveling, its for the look, or to fit bigger tires.

thanks... I'll look into the ranchos.... they are pricey... and if you looked at my truck it is not... and has been on a fix as needed regime for some time.

I leveled mine for looks.
