If I put 6-7 steel washers under the front coils to lift the front up a little, will the shocks be long enough or will I need new, longer ones?

Also when I go to get it aligned will I need new adustible camber bushings?

The stock ones will work ok, but if u want u can add a few washers under the shock to space it down a bit too. U will need the bushings to get it aligned afterward

Will the alignment shop have them in stock or should I order my own and take them there when I have it done?

They can get them themselves, if u bought them yourself u would be best getting adjustable ones like from superlift or another off road place. I jsut took my truck to midas and let them get the right parts. It was expensive tho, 125 for the alignment wiht both alignment cams
