It's like Railmans before his ate a tank

I have dealt with ballistic on 4-5 different orders for things that other vendors just didnt have. every time i would end up beating my head off the wall. any company that has to lie to make them not seem in the wrong isnt a good company to be dealing with. i have learned my lesson.
Have been dealing with Ruff Stuff now for the past couple years and they have AMAZING EVERYTHING. they have never done me wrong. they allways treat you and your order like priority one when you call. and if they dont offer a piece that you need most likely they can make it for you. I personally will never deal with ballistic again and will never recommend dealing with them.

New one I'm building

front is made out of 1/4" and has 3/4" frame mounted tow points laced through the bumper. there is a 1/2" plate running between the frame for a winch.

the rear has a tire carrier ( not shown ) it was not made by me but I modified it to make it stronger and added some reverse lights.

anybody know if a newer style ranger bumper would fit on a old 91 ranger? im needing something "different" for my 91 build. i dont need it to be used for pulling anything as i plan to build something seperate for that.

i like the lok of some of yalls plate style bumpers but im really looking to keep it light as possible and yet be wide enough to fill the gap i have now from the 3" body lift. i dont mind building some custom brackets i just dont know about the width, if itll even fit right under the fenders without sticking way out.

thanx for any help

I want to add some lights under my rear bumper but i want to but them on a switch that controls and actuator so the can be raised and lowered they are out of sight and the way. Any ideas on where to get an actuator?

I put a bumper from a 3rd gen (93 or 94) on my 88 Ranger...still hanging in there...but you will need to chop off the wrap around and maybe add some spacers to the back so that it doesn't hit your signal lights (like mine does)...

Here is a pic...as you can see the wrap around has been removed...and the edge shaved to fit...took a plasma cutter and quite a bit of grinding to get it to that shape...but it is quite possible to do...think I had to cut two bolt holes for the top bolts...but the bottom bolts lined up fine...

My younger bro, myself and a buddy's welder and shop. Did it all in one night and sourced the metal from a upick metal scrap yard.
