So today I realized after I got home that the clutch in my Ranger's fan is shot. Doesn't engage at all. I have my old fan, with the clutch that is seized up (I guess full bore is better than nothing at all) so it will engage, but the plastic of the fan itself is about to blow apart.
I also have an e-fan that I took out of a Taurus X yesterday. The fan and motor themselves are fine, but the controller is burnt up. The whole shroud is about 1/3 wider than the rad in my truck, so my biggest issue is mounting. I can figure out the wiring and a controller as I go.
So, ideas? And pics of other people's setups would be helpful.
