here is my truck. it is current running a 2.3 but i can get a sbc 350/t350 for 300.00. i have been looking for a 302 but everyone is out of my price range. sure i can buy an old f150 or old crown vic for 900-1100 but i dont want to pay that for to turn around and yank the motor and trans. so i cant really believe myself for doing this but like i have been told run what you got, and i want to do something different.

i understand doing motor/axle/trans/t-case swaps... but dang it! CHEVYS SUCK! id rather see someone use an isuzu diesel than an chevy motor!

i never said "CANT", i personally just dont see the point in putting parts from a bankrupt automaker in a vehicle made by a sucessful automaker.

maybe there is a reason chevy parts are cheap! think about it!

i also don't get all the "wrong engine" comments. lets see, time to rebuild my ford motor. lets get a holley carb, edelbrock intake, keith black pistons, com cam, trick flow heads, etc....
