Ok I'm new to this site and new to the Ranger. Can anyone name this problem?!? I just don't know if it's just a gasket or o-ring that is leaking or what. I have had to add more brake fuild because of this. :dunno:

leaking secondary cup seal.. get a new master cylinder

sure you could, but it will probably just leak again..

if it was MY brakes... i'd have a new master cylinder in a heartbeat

Just get a rebuilt master cylinder.

You need a new (or rebuilt) master cylinder.

You don't want to mess with rebuilding yourself. Trust me, I used to do brakes/suspensions for a living. just buy the rebuilt one and be done with it.

Prime it on a bench to cut down on the time you'll spend bleeding the brakes.
