Ashtray spot on my '86

how did you mount yours?? iused the ashtray mount minus the slide rails and mounted it right to that

here's mine in a 96

i had mine mounted the same way. but when i rolled the truck it got wrecked. any suggestions on a cheaper cb would be? like 100-150 bucks? thanks i dint break my antennas somhow though. just 2 frightliner fiberglass 4fts behind the cab ( i also get the same question about the airbag. i usually just point out that it says srs nowhere on that side of the dash
