LED tails for flatbed and flasher questions

Its probably better to be self deprecating than self defecating.
i hate electricity and wiring. Can't do it. It's witchcraft. I'm hopeless on the subject. I wired up some foglights once and it took an embarrassing amount of time, I assure you.

That out of the way, Now for the questions:

I need tails&reverse lights for my flatbed. Looking at some where both the tails and reverse lights are 3 wire and come with a plug. They are led.

Are these 3 wire lights something I'll be able to solder in to the harness/pigtail that's on my 2010?

And.. I know I'll need a different flasher relay, anyone got a link to one? Not doing any leds up front, if it makes a difference.
