LED gauge cluster bulbs 1st gen?

I want to swap out my stock bulbs in my 83-88 stock tach gauge cluster im going to swapping into my 83 ranger, with some of the leds ones.
I dont want to change the color, just white ones so the cluster glows the correct color.

So does anyone have any recommendations on and brand,where you got them from or how these bulbs worked for you?

Also i assume they are T194 bulbs?

Pull your cluster and check your bulbs, most should be 194 but sometimes some of them are the mini wedge style (that I can't think of the number right now).

Just about any will work BUT for clusters LED's are harder to make look good because they don't put out all-around light like a bulb. You need to either get a wide angle (5-led) or "cone" style which puts the lights out to the sides rather than straight out the top. I pretty much buy all mine off ebay.

Also, LED's are very sensitive to polarity unlike standard bulbs, if they aren't plugged into the socket with + lined up with + they won't light up. You might have to test the cluster a couple times to make sure everything lights up before you put everything back together.

I don't have any links but if you search 194 LED on ebay you will find tons and tons of them.
