My ranger is leaning to the drivers side. I have read that it happens alot in the rear of trucks but my truck leans front and back about 2 inches. not a huge deal i guess but its driving me nuts none the less. Any ideas as to why my truck is doing this (2000 xlt supercab 4x4 flareside)? Can a torsion bar adjustment solve it?

haha Yeah usually!! But would the gas tank really cause the front AND back to be lowered? In my mind this would only effect the back...?

hmm, you must have alot of gas if its leaning your truck, and alot means alot, buy a 2" suspension lift and just put one side on for now, :icon_rofl: hahaha

I cant imagine anything is shot yet it only has 56,000 on it...at least i hope not. I also just had an inspection done when before i bought it, and they made no mention of it.

yea i was gonna say its not that old. and really doesnt have a lot of miles on it so idk. thats wierd mine did it a lil cuz of the gas tank but after my tbar crank u really cant tell at all. u should see what a mechanic on here says about it.

Yeah, But does anyone think a simple torsion bar adjust will even my ride out? (I have NOT cranked them)

Ranger beds tend to lean a little to the left in the back from the get go. Some one here said they pulled the bed bolts and put a few washers under them to "even" it out. Creative, but i'm not sure it's the best solution.

Try a torsion bar crank, couldn't hurt (to an extent)

I noticed mine leaned after I bent some shit up being retarded and found it's pretty common.
