leaking intake manifold effects

if you had a leaking intake manifold gasket would it have the same effect as a head gaskets because there is rad fluid all over the top of my intake and then would air be able to enter the cooling system

air would not enter the cooling system under pressure like a head gasket. an intake can leak into the cylinders though.

You need to give us your present situation. We don't know what is going on from your questions.

there is rad fluid all over the top of my intake Prolly from a leak in a HOSE! But you need to look more closely to fid where the leak is occuring.

would air be able to enter the cooling system.. Depends on where the leak actually is! Hoevere if the engine getws low on liquid STEAM occurs and the result is AIR after it cools down some..
