Leaking Brake Fluid?

Did you have to adjust the rod between the master and booster? Or just bolt 'er up and it worked? Looks good in there all clean and shiny.

No adjustment was needed.

I agree it looks SO MUCH better.

After driving it to work today, I think this is the best my brakes have felt in a long time. :)

Now you just need to Simple Green the hell out of the rest of the engine compartment (and change your valve cover gaskets).

By the way, I was going to ask about your clutch fluid reservoir. Is that a "Coffee Mate Creamer" lid you're using as a cap?

Haha, yes it is. Mine disappeared one day at "That 10 minute oil change place" and I haven't been able to find another one. I really should make a trip to the dealer. (I haven't been able to find it anywhere else).

I have since done every oil change myself.

Is there a write-up on here that shows valve cover gasket replacement? ...or should my Haynes book suffice?

Any idea how long it should take? Anything I start, I have to finish, since the Ranger is my DD.
