leaf spring??

have a 99 ranger and the middle leaf in the pack is broke in half. can i replace just the broken leaf in the pack or should i get a whole new leaf??

can i take out the broken one and replace it with an add a leaf, do the same to the other side an make a somewhat new leaf spring

If you're going for better leafs eventually for off road anything I would say now is the time to do it but if it's just your DD then I would say you can take out the same leaf from the other pack and then add a leaf to both to keep the packs the same but if you got a new leaf then it wouldn't be worn like the others and might sit and ride different than before. You wanna keep them the same in terms of age and ware so I'd say drop the middle leaf from both then add a leaf or go for new packs all together if you don't mind the cost
