My credo
If you're not making mistakes, you're not learning.
Tried the calculator on TRS, didn't work. Tried calculators elsewhere, didn't work. Tried them all again in different browsers, didn't work.

Sooo, I'll ask the populous.

Rear leaf springs from a '91 Ford Bronco.

4 leaves (5 counting the overload, which is kinda curved so it might actually contribute once there's weight on it)
.345" thickness of main leaf
54" eye to eye (unsprung)
3" wide

Or if anyone has a chart that has he spring rate on it I'd be glad to see it. I've spent many evenings trying to figure this out and I apparently just can't find it. Hoping to use these on a trailer, aiming for roughly 4,000lbs tops (2000 lbs per spring). Using a 3,500lb trailer axle with larger/thicker tubes.

Hoping my springs can handle it, or I may need to get some from a heavier truck or add some in.

So nobody knows of a calculator that will work?

I'd really like to know if I need to stick another leaf in these things or not.
