Kyle M's Ranger Rebuild

Flat Nasty, next week thursday!

Just a reminder for those who thought they might head out there. Gonna watch SRRS

Started getting my body painted and put on. Also stated on the new tube work, the doors aren't going back on. The fender is just sitting there for pictures.

You can see the tube started

Wow, been a long time since I updated..... I should get to it

Well, if anyone cares, here goes

Finished tube doors and front body for now. Working on bed sides soon.

Then drove up my tree for good measure

It'll drive on trees, I'm hardKorez

Wheeled the piss out of it at Flat Nasty in Missouri and at Drummond Island, Turtle ridge offroad park. Great time, the ranger can take a beating, the cage holds up to full roll overs even

I'll see what I can find from Missouri, not much pictures taken there.. This is what I have in my photo bucket

Couple crappy pics

Re used bed sides. The next/new ones will maybe keep the factory tail lights and a wheel well arch.... Maybe

Little bent, new one is a little straighter

Passenger oh shit bar, they will thank me later!

Made inner an fender for the passenger side to keep water off my air filter, drivers side up next

Wheeled it lots, beat the living hell out of it, no real issues. Gearing up for another Canada run, called the looney run. A few pictures and videos of the fun

Little update,

I kept bending my tierod, and how it was bending it was hitting my ram, and already once, I bent a cylinder from the leverage the tierod and mount had. The new one I made the tierod mount higher and rotated it back further to help reduce the contact for when it bends again. The new tierod is 1/4 wall, 1.75 od.

And I finally took the step of removing the glass, all of it. I can see so much better and it stays cooler now. Rain and winter will suck, but I'll deal.

Now we are up to date, I'll try to keep up on it if anyone cares

Man im all over your build! Keep up the updates I cant wait to see what you come up with next!
