Kyle M's Ranger Rebuild

Haha, thanks. It will still look the same, just better parts.

Thought about it, but I'm thinking it isn't worth it just yet with the time and money I have into this axle. If I ruin it again I will consider it.

I don't think it is so much my driving style that hurt the axle, its more the long radius arms and how the put leverage on the axle. Granted, hitting rocks with it didn't help, but with a good 4 link set up, put thru the same stuff, I bet the 4 link axle would be okish.

Cut my frame out.... Somebody get this plasma cutter away from me!

Picked up my new converter and gasket set

Got a box of ruffstuff goodies

And I ordered my new switch panel

Now that I'm out of build money for a while, I'm gonna focus on the build aspect haha

Any recommendations for where to buy wire to wire this thing?

Give me your address, and I'll be there in about a week to get the plasma away from you, I hope you don't care is being a few states away from you :)

Ok, ripped it apart more...

Motor and trans out, firewall stripped and ready to be cut. I need to source a big welding blanket to protect my seats.

Only thing I got done today productive was put my new shafts together, check that off the list!

I can't believe how much extra weight I am removing, I bet I took another 50 pounds off it today of stuff that won't be going back on.
