Like the new look, wheels good too.

i like that look too. it says "i need a lot of ground clearance, but i wanna get good gas mileage too"

No, yours lol. You and Randy need to order your chassis's and get a group discount then we can go and pick them both up. We talked about it tonight.

Ranger front clipped buggy....Mmm

The discount would have to astronomical for me to get one now, but I'd love to do a 4 seater.

Made a new battery mount outside of the cab, turned out nice

Mounted the bedside for good, with quick release fasteners and edged the cuts on the sides with door edging so I don't cut anybody in half on accident.

Thanks guys!

Yup, 1/4 wall dom. It was a hard hit and it has been bent and straightened once before...time for a new one.

Same thing here. How did you straighten yours? I'm trying to figure out how to do it

I used a pipe bender to tweek it back into shape, worked well.

Word. Mines bent right at the hydro mount.

You can implement the process of thermal upsetting if you want to straighten it without further damaging the material.

Read this whole thing and your mind will be blown.

I had no idea people actually did this. I used it to straighten my sliders and it worked remarkably well. It's time consuming, but it works. That bend is far worse than what my sliders were though.
