Ok. I'll likely be staying at the holiday inn express in Harlan again. Rooms are around 80 bucks a night (I think) and they have a nice little breakfast. A lot of the houses in Evarts are for rent for cheap. Contact Black Mountain, and they will get you in touch with the people who rent the houses out
