Knocking front suspension ?????

I have been chasing a hard knock on the driver side, I feel it in the floorboard under my left foot. I have checked balljoints, wheel bearings, tierods, shocks and bushings and cannot find anything, it does this when backing up and turning the wheel it also shakes the truck pretty good too. Thanks in advance.

Assuming that it is the 2000 ranger that you are talking about, it could be a CV joint that has gone out on you but dont know if your truck is 2wd or 4wd. Need more details on what your truck is.
