Hi i have a 1994 Mazda B3000 2WD i have had it for a couple months now but i have noticed say when i am going through a drive through or somewhere that engine noise etc. is more notcable due to the echo i guess..? any ways whenever i am driving at slow speeds in gear i hear alomost a knock or a tick somekind of clatter that goes with the speed coming from underneath the vehicle im thinking it has something to do with the drive shaft but am not sure i was wondering if anyone khad any advice on what to check for?

Could easily be a U-Joint.

Get underneath, grab hold of the driveshaft at either end, and try to wiggle it around. Do the same thing to both ends of the shaft. Look for any play in the u-joints.

Take the rubber plug out of the cab mount bracket from inside and see if your cab mount is still fastened to the cab. You can do this by driving it over a rough surface while you have you hand in the whole. It is welded to the cab and the weld may have broken causing a clicking noise at slow speeds
