Hi all, I'm officially starting a new project. Its been on the back burner a while. I'm rebuilding a 1946 ford pickup with parts from a 1997 mustang gt. should be fun. I'll have to post some stuff when I get to the fab stage. Right now I'm just tearing down the mustang.
Got sick of seeing 5.0 and 350 projects, so I'm doing things different. I'll probably find out soon why everyone uses 5.0's and 350s, but I tend to learn better the hard way, wish me luck:icon_welder:

flat head is long gone, besides thats kind of been done, by ford specifically in 46 :icon_thumby:

My father in law is actually doing a flat head 6 47 while I do this. If we can find parts he may use that original engine.
