Hello I have a 2006 ford ranger ans i dont have a jey fob but I want to know if I have the wiring harness or the module in the truck

In 2004 Ford combined GEM and RAP modules into the SJB(smart junction box)
It should be located behind passenger side kick panel.

Question, do you have electric lock buttons on the inside?

If so, a good way to check you see if you have the stuff to use a fob is the try the key fob programing sequence in the owner's manual. If the door locks respond, I would say all you are missing is the fob (cheap on e-bay). Or watch on youtube.
