Or on a serious note, you could get something like this from Wal-Mart. You can use it when you need it and driving daily, but when it comes to showtime you can pull it out and have the interior look all nice I have had many different ones and the work great. Normally you can find some on JC Whitney that are filled with sand at the bottom. Weighted to keep the right side down.

I'm gonna go with an overhead horizontally mounted holder........
I gets one of those insulated/pressurized spillproof sports drink-bottles.....
Attach some 1/4" I.D. surgical hose (for flexibility) to the bottle using a 1/8" Npt fitting...
Cut the anti-leak valve off my kid's inflatable raft/attach it to the loose end of the hose..
When I need a swig of powerade....just bite on the dangling anti-leak valve & let gravity do the rest.....
