Can the current water pump move all this fluid without breaking it or it frying up the belt or do you plan on putting an electric pump in there to help it out?

Good thing is now the bed will have a nice warm spot to sit on when you have those cold winter days.

Hope the heat from the rad. doesnt effect the wooden bed.

Being on dru....errrr...medication-----I cranked the truck up with the upper hose removed from the radiator & pointed at the front yard to check the flow with the thermostat removed...let's just say all the grass within 30 feet of the truck died 2 days later........so....I'd say the pump can handle it....

I gotta add some more pics to post # 2528......

Going to run your trans cooler lines into the aux radiator as well?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....you saw the cut-off trans-cooler lines sticking outta the spare radiator!!!!!!!!!!!

Nawwwwww........the trans-cooler is not a spare....only Spare Stuff goes above the Spare Tire.....(spare railiator/spare keys/spare lifejacket for next hurricane/etc).........

Don't forget some spare kitty litter for unexpected oil slicks as well..

Edit:
And spare stumps for the gators.

The Aux. radiator Mod. is finished!!!!!!

All pics of spastic modification are posted on page # 169.....post # 2528

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahaaaaaa.....weeze

WOW DG! I have to say you do some real good work. ya wanna work on a '74 VW super beetle next? LOL!

Road test this aftrenoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes!!!

It runs at 110* with NO thermostat...it holds almost 7 gallons of water......but when an air bubble gets in the waterpump, it goes up to 220* until the air bubble gets thru the water pump....it'll take a few miles to work all the air outta the system.....

The eeeelectric fan on the Aux radiator is wired to turn on whenever the A/C is on, which drops the 220* down to 190+...

One of you guys suggested an in-line electric water pump to assist the mechanical pump....you wuz right......I'm gonna install it on the hose that leaves the main radiator...

That way, it will evacuate the main radiator of hot water faster & send it to the Aux radiator/w/electric fan

Well...........that be the plan.......

Ohhh yeah.......I just realized that I got the electric fan blowing the wrong way.....gotta swich the wires tomorrow...God willing...

time for the meds.................................

That was me. 7 gallons of water is alot to move for somthing that was made to move only a couple gallons plus the water pressure loss after it goes through all that hose and second radiator.

Would have been easier if the wife had just rolled down the window to keep cool. =]

Have I got a surprize for you guys.....Hint: it goes on the Ranger & my Darling Wife bought it for me for our wedding aniversary...(of course she doesn't know what it does....that's why I put it in the basket & let her push the BUY NOW button.......

Ohhhhhh.anothe big hint: it's k-k-k-k-k-k-krome!
