so i figured i keep everyone updated. finally got some nice weather, so i descided to drop in the 350 to see what im in for. its not as bad as i thought. i am gonna have to mod the heater box cause i wanna move my engine as far back as possible. the 700r4 lines up with crossmember very nicely. hood clearence is great. headers are another story, neither my camaro manifolds which i just finished porting, or the ram style manifolds fit. so headers are on my shopping list. either s10 headers which ive seen fit very nicely, or im gonna try some silverado headers and mod what needs to be modded. i did see some 2008 6.0 headers that look like they will work, have to see. other than that, she looks really good. no unexpected surprises. will post pics soon

Goooood info blackwidow---caint wait for the pics since I might be doin the same thing in another week(hopefully). I talked to the guys at Expert Collision & they said it oughta get the first coat of primer by Friday. Meanwhile I took some more measurements for roll cage (still gotta bend 6 more pieces); not that I plan on doing any stunts (but my wife might....poor Explorer never had a chance)

considering i only have 2 days into it. i dont think i count. and doorgunner is building a custom 1936 ranger in which he is still wiring, getting the 350 going, and waiting on micheal angelo to paint his truck. so i dont think you can justify that considering, all your doing is a 302 swap in which they make a kit for. but its all good. your truck is looking good 83bagged. how long till shes running? post a vid when it does.
