Just got an Argo

Just bought a 8x8 Argo... Its been sitting a the past 8 years so soon I'll start a rebuild thread. Anyone else have one? i had one back in the day and they are amazing!

I had a 6x6 with an old seven horse outboard that we used for bow fishing. They are really go anywhere vehicles.

i had a 5hp sea king on the one i had. I had just got home from duck hunting so i left it on the trailer and parked it in the barn. Well someone decided the really wanted it and the stole the trailer and all so after 8 years i finally got another one....its rough tho

I live close to the Mississippi River and it floods almost every year. My buddy and I used mine to get back to the low spots where the fish get landlocked.

cool. you should put a polaris rzr 900 engine in it or some thing else. haha. the stock engines in those suck.

the one i got has the kawasaki engine it in instead of the brigs....thinking a 60 over kit? if nothing else ill find me a diesel for it

they suck to work on.

hard time getting parts for the older ones i worked on.

it came with new chains and chain guides, also a box of odd and end parts like brake pads and such. The main thing i have to do is re-wire the whole thing, mice had some fun with the wires lol. and as far as working on it, im going to take the top shell off so i can just gut the damn thing
