i just finished doing my body lift on my 04 ranger and had a few things to share. first is do not spray body bushings with pb blaster. you can spray a little bit up the hole in the bottom but dont soak the bushing. `the nut inside the bushing is an octagon or decagon(didnt count the sided just looked) with slight angles. the inside hole of the bushing is the same shape. when you get any type of lubricants between these surfaces they WILL SLIP and the nut will spin on the bushing. heat is your best friend here just dont melt the bushing too much or it WILL SPIN. if you have one that spins anyways i had a brilliant moment and decided to clamp the bushing to the nut tighter with a big exhaust clamp. this should put enough pressure on to keep it from spinnin inside the bushing. when i had mine off i welded a steel 3 inch bar to each nut so it wont spin all the way around. some people weld nuts on the bottom of the bottom bushing nut. (theres no external shape to rip onto with a wrench. its like a washer with a nut on the inside. i forgot the technical term.) ill post pics of the lift later when i get my deer pics off my memory card. maybe someone should edit the body lift how to in the tech section and add the exhaust clamp idea
