Just curious/ need permission to post something

Was just curious if I needed permission to post something on the site?
Its a link for a go fund me site for my brother that was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma 2 weeks ago.
He is a fellow ranger enthusiast and he is a big reason for what I do.
He is a good person and a good man with an 8 year old daughter that needs her daddy.
If I am allowed to post a link ... how and where would I do that?
If not I completely understand.
