i bet the strap goes under the car and the 2 hooks are hooked together too.......thats what i would do, and yes i am in the Navy. they show us pics like this all the time. there is literally one hanging above each urinal in the male head at my command. one has a guy on the roof of a van laying on a mattress to hold it down.

I didn't even notice that. It's definitely photoshopped then. That strap would not create a shadow like that.
